J&K Economic Reconstruction Agency is a Special Purpose Vehicle for Implementation of Externally Aided Projects. It is a Society registered under Societies Registration Act of 1941 AD. ERA came into being on 28th Dec 2004.  Hon'ble Chief Minister, J&K is the Chairman of the Governing Body of ERA, which is the highest decision making body.
