Joined as Assistant Engineer Irrigation & Flood Control Department (Public Works deptt) J&K in 1979.Worked in different capacities in various districts. Handled crucial assignment of successful operation of CLAY Quarry for Rockfill dam of 390 MW Salal Hydro Electric Project (NHPC). Awarded letter of Commendation by NHPC.

Associated as Executive Engineer in 450 MW Baglihar Hydro Electric Project (J&K PDC) and 1200 MW Sawalkote Hydro Electric Project (J&K PDC). Handled National/International contracts based on FIDDIC.
Monitored Development works of Hydraulic sectors of Kathua District as District Superintending Engineer.

Training/Courses

Participated in National/International congress/workshops on use of FLY ASH, High Volume Fly Ash concrete, Development of Small hydro power stations, Renewal Energy options etc.
